This Saturday, May 30th, from noon to 2pm, I’m heading back to Lycoming County for a book launch and homecoming at the Otto Bookstore, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. Otto is America’s oldest independently owned bookstore, right in the heart of downtown Williamsport, and it’s the perfect place for this kind of event.
I grew up in Hughesville, graduated from Hughesville High School in 2003, and started my first business when I was 15. A lot has happened since then. Cornell, startups, a dating app with millions of users, running the US expansion of the top live-streaming platform in Asia, speaking to entrepreneurs and students around the world, but this area is still home. I still have family and friends here, and coming back to launch my first book in Lycoming County genuinely means a lot to me.
That book is Outrageous Startup Growth: Uncovering the Secrets of User Psychology to Scale Your Success. It’s everything I’ve learned about building products people actually love and growing them fast, rooted in behavioral science but written for founders, not academics. Whether you’re just starting out, already scaling, or seriously considering making the leap, I wrote this for you.
If you have a business-minded kid in your life, bring them too. I wish I’d had something like this when I was getting started.
Location: Otto Bookstore (107 W Fourth Street, Williamsport, PA)
Time: Saturday, May 30th — 12:00pm to 2:00pm
Heads up: Book supplies are limited, so we’re doing one copy per person.
I’d love to see you there. Come say hello, grab a signed copy, and let’s talk startups.
